Albania elected president of "Forest Europe"/ Rama: Significant election, unanimous vote from 45 countries
Albania has been elected by unanimous vote of 45 member states as President of Forest Europe for the period 2026–2030, taking over from Sweden. The news was announced today by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who said that this is another important diplomatic success, which further strengthens the country's international profile.
Rama informed that until 2030, Albania will lead the political agenda and ministerial process of this organization, coordinating discussions and European priorities for the forest sector.
"How is it possible that this place of concrete, the Mountain Mafia Package and the Jewish Conspiracy to destroy the Zvërnec forest to turn it into a ghetto for ethnically cleansed Palestinians from Gaza, is strongly supported by Germany and the United Kingdom for this such a significant election, while the decision is finally approved without any opposition?!" Rama said.
