DPSHTRR promotes the eTransport platform - Bajraktari information campaign at the country's entry points

The General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DGRTS) has launched an information campaign to promote the eTransport digital platform, aiming to facilitate citizens and tourists' access to information on interurban public transport during the summer season.
The General Director of the DPSHTRR, Kreshnik Bajraktari, together with the institution's teams, held informational meetings at the main entry points of the country, where he presented the functionalities and benefits offered by the platform.
The campaign started at the Port of Durres, one of the points with the highest flow of passengers during the summer, and continued at Tirana International Airport, as well as at the Port of Vlora and the Port of Saranda.
During meetings with citizens, tourists and transport operators, Bajraktari was closely acquainted with the experiences and suggestions of users, which, according to the DPSHTRR, will serve to further improve the platform.
"Our goal is for citizens and visitors to have quick, accurate and easily accessible information about interurban public transport, making travel as simple and efficient as possible ," emphasized Bajraktari.
According to the DPSHTRR, the information campaign will continue throughout the tourist season, with teams also being present at the country's most frequented cultural and tourist sites to promote the use of the eTransport platform.
Through this initiative, the institution aims to strengthen communication with users and continuously improve services, offering a more informed and quality travel experience for citizens and visitors.
