The Central Bank of Albania calls on businesses to submit annual balance sheets by July 31

The National Business Center (NBC) has called on all commercial entities that have a legal obligation to file financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year to fulfill this obligation by July 31, 2026.
According to the Central Bank of Albania's announcement, the filing of financial statements is carried out electronically through the e-Albania portal, using the service "Deposit of financial statements and audit reports (for entities with Albanian and/or foreign administrators)".
The Central Bank of Kosovo recalls that failure to submit financial statements within the legal deadline brings administrative consequences, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.
The documentation that must be filed, when required by law, includes the annual financial statements, the activity progress report, and the audit report.
The obligation to report and submit financial statements is imposed on entities that are taxpayers of the Corporate Profit Tax or Personal Business Income Tax, in cases where they achieve an annual turnover of over 5 million lek.
The Central Bank of Kosovo calls on businesses not to leave the submission of documentation to the last few days, in order to avoid delays and technical problems during the process.
For additional information or technical assistance, entities can contact the QKB at the email address [email protected] or at the toll-free number 0800 80 02.
