AIDA participates in the Germany-Albania Business Conference in Berlin and organizes a workshop on investments in Albania
On April 30, 2026, the Germany-Albania Business Conference took place at the Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft, an important meeting of institutional and business representatives from both countries, with a focus on economic cooperation and investment opportunities.
The Albanian Investment Development Agency participated in this activity and organized a workshop dedicated to the topic "Investment Opportunities and Incentives of Albania – and Investment Protection".
The workshop was opened by Ms. Laura Saro, Executive Director of AIDA, with a presentation focused on Germany's role as a key economic partner for Albania, as well as the ongoing efforts to introduce and facilitate investment opportunities in the country.
During the workshop, an overview of the main economic developments in Albania was presented, with a focus on sectors with high growth potential, strategic infrastructure, and instruments that support foreign investors at different stages of the investment process.
Participation in this conference served as an opportunity to more closely present the investment climate in Albania and to stimulate the interest of the German business community in concrete projects and future collaborations in sectors with development potential.
