Minister Nufi: "Albania, a reliable ally in NATO. A factor of stability in the region and beyond"
The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Ermal Nufi, participated today in the Meeting of Defense Ministers of NATO member countries, held in Brussels, where the main priorities of the Alliance in order to strengthen security and collective defense in the Euro-Atlantic area were discussed.
The ministerial emphasized the importance of maintaining unity among allies, increasing operational readiness, and strengthening defense capacities in the face of new challenges and emerging threats to international security.
In his publication on the social network, Minister Nufi assesses that: "Cooperation between allies, investments in defense and modernization of military capacities are the strongest guarantee for peace, security and the protection of our common values."
Reaffirming Albania's commitment within NATO, the minister underlines, among other things, that: "Albania will continue to make its uninterrupted contribution with responsibility and determination within NATO as a dedicated and reliable ally, strengthening its role as a factor of stability in the region and beyond."
