The Mountains Package 'closes' in May, Demo: We approved the priority areas in the municipalities of Delvinë, Konispol and Pogradec
In its meeting today, the government approved the priority development areas, part of the Mountain Package for the municipalities of Delvinë, Konispol and Pogradec. Regarding the government's decision, immediately after the meeting, Minister Ervin Demo stated:
"Today we have just approved three new municipalities regarding the mountain package. The proposals received for the priority areas have been approved for the municipalities of Delvinë, Konispol and Pogradec.
The number of municipalities has already exceeded almost two-thirds and, normally, in most municipalities the application phase by citizens has advanced regarding the mountain package in the context of priority areas and, above all, in the context of local rural development.
I believe the weeks ahead will be the last for municipalities and I believe that within May we will complete all municipalities in the country with approved priority areas and day by day the municipalities themselves are already in the phase of approving applications in the municipal councils.
