Koçiu: Cleaning actions from border points to main tourist destinations

Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu informed today through social media that on the eve of the start of the new tourist season, extensive actions have been launched throughout Albania to clean and organize the territory.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that through systematic coordination between public structures, the private sector, and the active involvement of the younger generation, intensive work is being done to clean and organize every space, from border entry points to main destinations.
According to her, the work will continue throughout the territory, ensuring that Albania's image is a dignified calling card for domestic and foreign visitors.
During the cleaning actions, it was found that the greatest pollution is along road axes where waste is often thrown away by vehicle drivers.
