National Agriculture Scheme 2026 approved/ Rama: More funds and focus on young farmers
The government has approved the National Agricultural Support Scheme for 2026, which brings a significant increase in financial support and simplification of procedures for beneficiaries.
In the "Flasim" podcast, Prime Minister Rama stated that the scheme was built on direct consultations with farmers across the country and reflects the real needs of the sector.
One of the main innovations is the inclusion for the first time of new forms of support, as well as the promotion of sustainable practices in agriculture, through biological methods and approximation to European standards.
A special focus of the scheme is on young farmers, for whom a dedicated fund is foreseen to support investments and increase the competitiveness of domestic production.
