Less waiting for citizens - ASHK: 24 cadastral services provided within one day
The State Cadastral Agency announces that 24 cadastral services can be obtained within 24 hours, through an expedited procedure. This service aims to significantly facilitate citizens' access to the necessary documentation and reduce waiting times for receiving services.
Meanwhile, according to the announcement, for all services included in this procedure, citizens can obtain the required documentation within one day, starting from the moment of confirmation of payment by the citizen. This accelerated process allows individuals to have faster access to cadastral documentation, which serves them for various legal, economic or administrative procedures.
The application for these services is carried out online through the “e-Albania” portal. Citizens must select the services that have the code “PP” before the name, which identifies the expedited procedure.
On the other hand, among the services included in this category are a series of important cadastral documents and certifications, such as: ownership documents, legal verifications of property, and technical-legal documents.
Meanwhile, the State Cadastral Agency appeals to citizens to accurately fill out all data in the electronic form in PDF format when applying. Any inaccuracy or lack of documentation may affect the processing time of the request, the ASHK emphasizes.
This initiative is considered an important step towards improving public services and increasing efficiency in state administration.
