Joint stock company for public transport is established - Government Decision: "Mobal" sh.a also on lines to tourist destinations
The Council of Ministers decided to establish the joint-stock company "Mobal" sh.a., which will provide public road passenger transport services, including lines to tourist destinations.
It is learned that the "Mobal" company has an initial capital of 10 million lek and 100% state ownership and will be under the administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
In addition to the above activities, the new company will also offer a transportation service for students and educational staff, which is expected to launch in September 2026. Furthermore, "Mobal" will also be involved in charging systems for electric vehicles and electronic ticketing.
